Behaviors and Assessment Strategies for Children with Autism - Tuesday, May 8, 2012
Explores how we can interpret and understand the causes of behaviors, the effects of reinforcement, and how to plan a response in order to change a child's challenging behaviors into successful outcomes.
All three training sessions are offered from 10:00am - 12:00pm and again at 7:00pm - 9:00pm. Act 48 credits are available. Family attendees are free. Professionals are $50 per session. Call Bobbie at 610-696-8090 ext. 200 to register.

IEP Clinic with McAndrews Law Offices - February 9,2012
Bring your child's current IEP and evaluation. You will complete an intake form upon arrival, followed by a brief presentation about basic tips to develop an appropriate IEP. REgistrants will then be given an opportunity to meet with one of seven special education attorneys to discuss any difficult issues. 9:30am - 1:00pm at the CCIU, Boot Road, Downingtown. Open to all with no registration; however, please pre-register if you want individual time with an attorney. RSVP to dotties@righttoed.org.
