Bring your child's evaluation/IEP. Receive some one-on-one or small group support. Get to know your advocates/mentors. This is an opportunity to have your questions answered by the experts and get some clarity and understanding.

UPCOMING AUTISM TRAININGS
April 6, 2010 - Successful Daily Living--Strategies and Routines for the Home & Community
Explores how we can interpret and understand the causes of behaviors, the effects of reinforcement, and how to plan a response in order to change a child's challenging behaviors into successful outcomes.
May 4, 2010 - Behaviors & Assessment Strategies for Children with Autism
Reviews autism and daily life for families of children with autism with a focus on structured routines and strategies that detail and demonstrate ways for more positive and successful daily living in both the home and community.
Trainings are offered at two different times: 10:00am - 12:00pm and 7:00pm - 9:00pm. They will be held at The Arc of Chester County.
