Teens Linked To Community
Do you want to attend fun activities with your friends in your community? The Arc of Chester County's TLC Club gives teens opportunities to have fun, learn social skills, and participate in community activities while providing respite for parents and caregivers. Once a month on Saturday, participants are accompanied by staff for four or more hours. If you are between the ages of 13 and 19 years old, you can start life-long friendships and give your self-confidence a boost. These are some of the fun things you can do:- Make friends at monthly activities with fun-loving and caring staff
- Enjoy day-trips to nearby cities, fairs, festivals, and tourist attractions
- Attend a variety of events such as professional sporting events, movies or craft workshops
- Have fun in activities like boating, hiking, ballgames, swimming or miniature golf
