Recently, several members of The Arc of Chester County and Jeanne Meikrantz, Executive Director of The Arc of Chester County attended hearings held by Chester County Department of Human Services on their FY12-13 Draft Block Plan. The Arc provided both verbal and written feedback on the draft plan regarding implementation and its impact on the individuals in the County with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The Arc plans to partner with the County during the implementation phase of the plan in an effort to ensure resources and programs will be maintained for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
